Refund & Returns Policy

At Veehomecart, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or return under the conditions outlined below.
Damage On Arrival: Returns and refunds are permitted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
Intact Packaging: Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with original packaging and all accessories.
Exclusions:
Change of mind, incorrect size/color preference, or “no longer needed” requests are not eligible for return or refund.
Products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
Report Damage
Email our support team at veehomecart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and packaging.
Return Authorization (RA)
Returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items will be processed within 4 to 5 days.
Once validated, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship Back the Item
Drop off at the designated courier within 5 working days of receiving your RA.
Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.
If approved, we initiate your refund.
If the item does not meet our damage criteria, we will notify you and return the item at no extra cost.
Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to the customer bank account within 4 to 6 working days after we approve your return.
Refund Method:
Credits are issued back to the original payment source (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or digital wallet).
Please allow your bank or payment provider an additional 2–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
Partial & Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply for approved damaged-goods returns.
Prepaid Returns: For valid damaged-goods returns, we cover return shipping costs.
Customer-Funded Returns: If return authorization is denied, you may request the item back; otherwise it will be disposed of after 15 days.
